Mangalore , July 19 AIRTEL has launched `Proud in Crowd' promotions at movie theatres and ice cream parlours in Mangalore A company release said here on Tuesday that the `Proud in Crowd' promotion, which was launched in Bangalore in February, has earned tremendous goodwill and created much excitement among Airtel customers. The release said the promotions were conducted at Suchitra theatre in Mangalore during the screening of Bunty aur Bubly and at Kalpana theatre in Udupi during the screening of Kaal. Nearly 100 Airtel customers won free ice cream treat at Pabbas ice cream parlour in this campaign. Quoting Mr Rohit Malhotra, Vice-President (Sales and Marketing), Bharati Televentures Ltd, Karnataka, the release said, "In the coming months, we will be reaching out to our customers in interior Karnataka and rural markets."
