KOCHI: Tata Teleservices has announced its plans to expand its Truepaid services from 153 towns to 253 in the State. Apart from network expansion, the company will aggressively focus on product enhancement with a view to differentiate its service and offer attractive tariffs to customers in the State, said Mr M.A. Madhusudan, Chief Operating Officer, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Tamil Nadu and Kerala Circle. The expansion plan, he said, is in line with the company's strategy to further penetrate the markets in its existing circles. With this expansion, he said, Truepaid customers would enjoy superior and seamless highway coverage by road and rail from Thiruvananthapuram to Walayar via NH-47 and Ernakulam to Kozhikode via NH-17. Truepaid is the only prepaid offering, which gives 100 per cent talk time resulting in lowest cost per minute compared to competitive brands, he added.
