SMS to renew Tata AIG policies

Mumbai , July 29

TATA AIG General Insurance Company Ltd has launched SMS-based initiatives to provide customers with another avenue to register claims and renew their policies.

On `SMS'ing CLAIM or RENEW to 8888, Tata AIG's call centre will contact the customer within 30 minutes and provide assistance.

This service will be accessible through all mobile service providers.
