UTI Bank launches satellite retail assets centre in Mangalore

UTI Bank has launched its first Satellite Retail Assets Centre (SRAC) in Karnataka at Mangalore recently.

A bank release said here on Monday that Mr Sujan Sinha, Head (Retail Assets), inaugurated the centre. The bank has 18 SRACs in the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sinha said the impetus now is on to reaching out to the clients at their doorsteps.

The bank, which has 350 branches in 200 locations, has 1,667 ATMs. The bank has an asset base of Rs 2,800 crore, he added. Urging the bank to become a dominant partner in economic and commercial progress of Mangalore city, Dr Parswanath, Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada district, said the city would have a facelift soon.
