SOME travel agents from India have joined the promotional campaign of `Celebrate Singapore' — the month-long festivities promoted by Singapore Tourism — by offering a booklet of coupons.

These booklets offer special deals from various vendors and entertainment companies to tourists to Singapore.

Akbar Travels of India Private Ltd, Ascon Travel Private Ltd, Plus Travels and Satellite Travels are some of the travel agents involved in the promotion, a press release said here.

The month-long fete is being organised to mark the 40th anniversary of Singapore.

A three-day music festival WOMAD, a nine-day Carnival@Marina (August 6-14) and a Skydive Festival (August 18-21) are being held as part of the celebrations.
