Letters No more plastic
This is with reference to the article "No plastic in my backyard" (Business Line, August 31). Metros are severely affected by the noxious fumes discharged by heavy vehicular traffic and industries. The harmful effects of pollution are everywhere in the air we breathe and the water we drink. Replacing plastic with paper bags can at least mitigate the pollution caused by plastics. V.
