Eye-in-the-sky

A report by Voice of America, as quoted in Schednet Web site, suggests that Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand have agreed to begin their joint air patrol over the Strait of Malacca from September 13. Each country will offer two planes for patrol, to be known as "Eye In The Sky".
