Hyderabad , Sept. 30

HOUSING Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) is organising a three-day exclusive property show `Budget Homes' at Jaya Gardens on the Raj Bhavan Road here from Friday.

The fair showcases over 70 housing projects of more than 30 leading developers of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The exhibition features well-built, spacious houses in budgets ranging from Rs 10 lakh to 60 lakh, the HDFC Regional Manager, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, Mr B.V. Sundhara Rajan, said.

"Those who want their housing loan sanctioned immediately need to bring along their latest salary slip if employed. For the self-employed, the Profit & Loss account, balance sheet and IT returns for the last three years will be required. All those interested in obtaining spot loans need to carry their last six months' bank statement and a cheque towards the fee," Mr Sundhara Rajan said.

He said HDFC offers special interest rates and concessional fees on housing loans during the three-day exhibition. The corporation proposes to offer loans at 7.35 per cent interest and Rs 2,500 as processing fee.
