Outlook Kores plans to double revenue Our Bureau
Chennai , Oct. 13 KORES (India) Ltd, supplier of office equipment, is to double revenue in the next couple of years from the present Rs 440 crore, according to Mr G.S.S. Dutt, Chief Executive Officer, Business and Computer Systems Division. The division, which deals with banking transaction and office automation, contributes about 10 per cent of the company's overall revenue, he said. According to Mr Dutt, the company has signed up with the US-based Plasmon to offer data archival and retrieval systems in India. Kores India would be the marketing and support service partner for the American company in offering UDO (ultra density optical storage) range of products that can store large amounts of data in an organisation, Mr Dutt told newspersons. Kores would market Plasmon's G-Series or the UDO library used in organisations having high archival data.
