Electrical Goods Crompton Greaves net up 30.44 pc Our Bureau
MUMBAI: Crompton Greaves Ltd on Friday reported a 30.44 per cent rise in the net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, at Rs 32.52 crore from Rs 24.93 crore for the previous corresponding period. Total income (net of excise) for the period increased from Rs 456.6 crore to Rs 561.12 crore, the company said in its statement to the BSE. The board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of Rs 10 for 2005-2006. Shares of Crompton Greaves ended at Rs 626.65, down from the previous close of Rs 638.55 on the BSE.
