Bombay Burmah to decide on Dental Products merger soon

THE Wadia-controlled Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd (BBTCL) is set to take a decision on merging Dental Products of India, its wholly-owned subsidiary.

A top-official with BBTCL told Business Line that there were a couple of proposals regarding the dental products business, but declined to divulge details.

A decision on whether the company should be merged with BBTCL will be taken up by the board at its meeting later this month.
