BPO boom

This refers to the article "The BPO business on right track" (Business Line, October 20).

The industry has registered a growth of more than 40 per cent and employs millions.

And TCS bagging the $848-million UK deal — the country's biggest ever-outsourcing contract — is encouraging.

But from BPO we should step up to Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and benefit from it.
