CII's 4th edition of `Managemantra' to be held in Chennai

THE Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Southern Region, will hold the 4th edition of its annual event, `Managemantra' on November 4 and 5 in Chennai.

"Managemantra" aims to spot and showcase the young managerial talent in the Management colleges of the Southern Region. A statement from CII says that the meet provides an opportunity for fresh MBA graduates to gauge their employability, and provides companies with a chance to meet the best available young managerial talent from the Southern Region at a single forum.

Candidates for the event pass through a two-day selection process that includes Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and social skills tests. They are also assessed on their knowledge of principles of management and business fundamentals.

The winners will carry cash prizes of Rs 50,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 respectively.
