Satyam, partner for Valvoline Cummins

VALVOLINE Cummins Ltd, a manufacturer of lubricants and car care products, has chosen Satyam Computer Services Ltd, as its integrated enterprise business solution implementation partner.

Consequently, Satyam will act as a strategic partner to Valvoline Cummins to implement SAP and streamline the business processes. Valvoline Cummins Ltd (VCL) is a 50:50 joint venture between Valvoline International Inc, US, a part of Ashland Inc, and Cummins Diesel Sales & Services (India) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cummins India Ltd.
