Rubber prices remain unchanged

THE rubber market remained unchanged on Wednesday. The market activity was rather dull as sellers and buyers preferred to stay on the sidelines. NMCE November contract was quoted at Rs 65.10 ( Rs 65.02), December at Rs 63.75 (64), January at Rs 64.10 ( Rs 64.16) and February at Rs 64.10 ( Rs 64.30) per kg for RSS 4.

In MCX, the November contract for RSS 4 closed at Rs 65.20 from Rs 65.15 a kg on Tuesday.

RSS 3 continued to rule steady at Rs 76.45 a kg at Bangkok. The spot rates per kg are RSS-4: Rs 65.50 (Rs 65.50); RSS-5: Rs 63 (Rs 63); ungraded: Rs 61 (Rs 61) and ISNR 20: Rs 63 (Rs 63).
