Panyam Cements board okays stock split

Hyderabad , Nov. 2

PANYAM Cements & Mineral Industries Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors has decided to split the equity shares of Rs 100 each into 10 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The company has decided to make consequential amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Further, the company said its board has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting on November 30 to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed stock split.
