Retirement plans

This refers to the article "Longevity, the key to retirement plans"(Business Line, November 6): The impact of inflation is an important metric too. Post-retirement, the value of planned income goes down, putting the elderly in difficulties. So our long-term saving schemes, such as pension funds and insurance, should give more attention to this fact.
