After a gap of 21 years, it is a "collective global recognition of Indian manufacturing and India's growing economic significance in the world," he said. The Indian Pavilion at the Hannover Fair is likely to be inaugurated by the Indian Prime Minister and the Chancellor of Germany. Mr Shah said there would be a separate 360-degree Indian pavilion of a 10,000-sq. m. space , said to be the largest by any partner country so far. This would enable Indian companies to showcase their technology, expertise and products. On EEPC's selection as the coordinating agency for the fair, Mr Shah said, "Germany is not new to us.
