Ad agency bags global award

HYDERABAD: Hema Creative House, a Hyderabad-based advertising agency, has won the silver award from the International Davey Awards 2005 in the category of photography.

The advertising work created in Hyderabad won recognition from 2000 entrants worldwide, the company said in a press release here.

The Davey Awards recognises creative work from small firms, agencies and companies. It is overseen by the the International Academy of Visual Arts (IAVA). The photograph which won the recognition was taken for the Annual Report 2005 of Asmitha Microfin Ltd, the agency's client. Hema Creative House has been in advertising since 2003 and is led by Mr Sri Rao, the release said.
