Export awareness programme in Madurai on Nov 26

MADURAI: Madurai District Tiny And Small Scale Industries Association (Maditssia) is organising an `Export Awareness' programme here on November 26.

Jointly organised with the Engineering Export Promotion Council, the Union Ministry of Commerce and the District Industries Centre, the programme seeks to promote export of engineering goods, services and projects from the country involving more and more engineering units in the national endeavour of export of engineering goods.

The participants will be enlightened on the various initiatives taken by the Government and the role played by Engineering Export Promotion Council, Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India and Small Industries Development Bank of India in promotion of export of engineering goods from the country.
