MANGALORE: The College for Leadership and Human Resource Development, Mangalore, organised a State-level conference of HRD facilitators in Mangalore on Monday. A college release said here on Tuesday that Mr H.S. Doreswamy, freedom fighter from Bangalore, who presented the keynote address on the theme `Corruption as violence,' sought the need for expediting action against corrupt people. He said that people with criminal background should not be allowed to contest elections. Nearly 70 HRD facilitators, most of them from various colleges in the State, participated in the conference, the release added.
