Gulf Oil allots convertible warrants

HYDERABAD: Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors on Thursday has allotted 5 lakh convertible warrants each to Teck Consultancy & Services Pvt Ltd and Esquire Pvt Ltd at a price of Rs 505 a warrant in accordance with the special resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on December 2.
