Cranes' takeover of Systat okayed

BANGALORE: Cranes Software International Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors at its meeting held on Wednesday, has approved the takeover of the entire business operations of its 100 per cent subsidiary - Systat Software Asia Pacific Ltd, into itself as a part of its reorganization process.
