The new agency will be championed by two of Ogilvy's senior management - Mr N. Ramesh (Creative Director, Ogilvy Delhi) who is going to take over as National Creative Director and Mr Ganesh Raman (Vice-President and Head of Ogilvy Hyderabad), who will take over as Executive Vice-President.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Mr Piyush Pandey, Executive Chairman and National Creative Director, Ogilvy & Mather, said, "By placing two very senior Ogilvy leaders with vast big brand experience, we have ensured that Meridian gets a head start. We will now be in a position to deliver the Ogilvy experience to clients who are more comfortable with a small agency culture."
