Attractive price for Nilgiris tea

KOCHI: At the Kochi leaf sale on Wednesday, another quality invoice from the Nilgiris recorded an attractive price of Rs 346 per kg.

The 180-kg Clonal FOP grade was produced by Parkside Estate, owned by Coonoor Tea Estates Company Ltd.

The tea was purchased by K.P. Govinda Menon Pvt Ltd, for an overseas buyer and sold by Carrit Moran and Co Pvt Ltd, Kochi.
