Calsoft net profit up

CHENNAI: California Software Ltd has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3.10 crore on revenues of Rs 35.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as against a net loss of Rs 27.13 lakh on revenues of Rs 11.09 crore for the same quarter last year.

Mr K.N. Nayak, Chief Financial Officer of the company, said, "We witnessed a significant acceleration in billing, margins and profits over previous quarters and last year due to the result of acquisitions and organic growth."
