This is with reference to, "Laudable legislation," (Business Line, January 26). The author has rightly summed up the feelings of the majority of viewers, especially in Chennai. Notwithstanding the political overtones, the Bill is welcome. A viewer should be able to tune his TV to receive any of the available channels.
