Shrachi Infra plans to raise Rs 15 cr

SHRACHI Infrastructure Finance plans to raise about Rs 15 crore to support its proposed expansion programme.

The company, called Shrachi Securities till recently, has a capital base of Rs 9.5 crore.

The company is yet to decide on the instrument for raising the funds.

However, a rights issue is not ruled out. .

Shrachi Infrastructure hopes to implement the proposals outlined in a report prepared by KPMG, said Mr Ravi Todi, Managing Director.

KPMG was asked to work on business processes and help Shrachi Infrastructure increase revenues.
