Mumbai , Feb. 1

DELTA Air Lines launched SkyBonus, a dedicated corporate loyalty programme designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India.

Under this programme, SME companies can earn points which they can redeem for a flexible range of business rewards for every qualifying flight taken on Delta, Song or Delta code-share flights, said a press release from the airline company.

The rewards include Delta flights, upgrades, Crown Room Club membership and Avis car hire. Any individual chosen by the companies enrolled in the programme can avail the rewards. In addition to earning SkyBonus points for the company, individual travellers can also earn their personal rewards through SkyMiles, Delta's frequent flyer programme.

The scheme is open to companies with an annual travel spend of between $10,000-100,000. The SkyBonus accounts can be managed by the company's nominated administrator or a chosen travel agent and tickets can be purchased via any travel agency or from Delta reservations or city offices directly.

Companies can earn 60 points per $ 1,000 from their very first qualifying flight. Rewards can be redeemed online 24 hours a day, the release said.
