Sensex hits 10,000

At last the Sensex crossed the psychological barrier of 10,000. It is indeed great news for investors and it has been possible mainly because of FIIs great faith in India's growth story.

But at the same time retail investors should not be euphoric, they need to be cautious and invest in fundamentally strong companies. Otherwise, they might burn their fingers in an already heated market. For them the safest bet is mutual funds. But one thing is for sure, if the Finance Minister presents a pro-FII Budget, the market will surely touch new heights.
