HB Stockholdings buys stake in Bell Ceramics, DCM

New Delhi , Feb. 8

HB Stockholdings Ltd, along with persons acting in concert, has acquired 5 per cent equity in Bell Ceramics Ltd and DCM Shriram Industries Ltd through stock market purchases, according to a release issued by the company.

Bell Ceramics is a ceramics manufacturer having its manufacturing facility in Bharuch, Gujarat, while DCM Shriram Industries is a well-diversified company with a product portfolio ranging from sugar, alcohol, fine chemicals, rayon tyrecord and textiles.
