Inquiry into air cargo price-fixing

The European Shippers' Council is looking forward to the conclusion of an investigation by authorities concerned in the European Union and the United States into alleged price-fixing practices in the global air cargo industry.

The inquiry by the anti-trust watchdog stems from allegations that some airlines may have violated an EU treaty prohibiting price-fixing, according to the European Commission.
