Portal to search serviced apartments

Our Bureau

Bangalore , Feb. 21

BNA Technology Consulting Co Ltd, a Bangalore-based application services provider has launched a portal to cater to the needs of the growing hospitality industry.

The portal www. serviceapartmentbooking. com will help travellers to access information on serviced apartments available in the country.

According to Mr Ranganathan, Managing Director, BNA Technology Consulting, "The serviced apartments industry is maturing into a significant niche within the overall hospitality industry. However, due to the infant nature of the industry, there are huge gaps and challenges faced by both the consumers and the serviced apartment industry. There is no single platform available where all the offerings can be compared for the customer to make an informed choice."

The new portal is enabled with a technology tool called "LivServ", which allows customers to interact live with a trained agent on their queries, their needs and also the availability of rooms in a specific serviced apartment.
