Mangalore, March 17

Hyundai Motor India Ltd launched a three-day road show — `World of Wheels' — in Mangalore on Friday with a display of nine vehicles from the company's stable. Addressing presspersons here, Mr Young Jin Ahn, Senior General Manager, Southern Region, said that the road show showcases entire range of Hyundai vehicles sold in India. Two cars yet to make an entry into the country - Azera and Tuscani - have been shipped from Korea for the Indian road shows. He said the proposed second plant of Hyundai at Chennai would produce 3 lakh units a year, raising the company's total production capacity to 6 lakh units a year by 2007.
