CII summit to focus on exponential growth

Growth Summit 2006, a two-day conference starting here tomorrow, will share experiences of organisations that have achieved exponential growth.

According to a press release from the Confederation of Indian Industry — Tamil Nadu, which is organising the conference, the theme of the meet is `Challenges & Enablers to Exponential Growth.'

The release quoting Mr B. Santhanam, Chairman, CII-Tamil Nadu, said, to seize global opportunities and sustain growth, `exponential growth' needs to happen at the firm level and the industry level. The theme paper on `Achieving quantum growth in manufacturing' prepared by KPMG will highlight the importance of investing in people, developing and leveraging alliance. Speakers include Mr K. Raghavendra Rao, Managing Director, Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd; Mr Venkatesh Rajagopal, Managing Director, Celebrity Fashions and Mr C. Satyan, Executive Director, Hatsun Agro Products Ltd among others.
