Badruka College's Business Management Department organised `SPLASH 06', a two-day management cum cultural meet during March 17-18. About 40 colleges participated in the competitions, which included young manager, business quiz, finance and stock market simulation, marketing and HR events. The Chief General Manager, NSIC, who inaugurated the meet said industry-institute interface was necessary in the present competitive environment. The Government was offering various incentives for promoting small-scale sector, he said.
