Accumulation drives up Aban Loyd

Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd's has gone up considerably over the past few weeks on "accumulation" of its shares by foreign and domestic funds, dealers said.

They said the company was also expected to do well over the next couple of years following a slew of big order wins in recent times, including the 3-year contract from ONGC worth Rs 400 crore. On the BSE, it ended at Rs 1,221.60, up 2.13 per cent, from Friday's Rs 1,196.10. The stock has gone up 54 per cent from February 20 Rs 790.15 on the BSE. On the NSE, the stock closed at Rs 1,220.90, up 1.98 per cent, from Friday. Over 2.35 lakh shares were traded on the exchanges.
