KM Sugar to set up unit in Bihar

KM Sugar Mills Ltd, a UP-based company plans to invest Rs 200 crore in setting up a sugar unit with 5,000 tonnes (of sugarcane) crushed per day (TCD) capacity and a 15 MW power cogeneration project in Bihar. It is also looking at acquiring existing mills, said a release. It has already completed the expansion of sugar unit at Faizabad from 4500 TCD to 6500 TCD, it said.
