Tricom closes $5 m GDR issue

Mumbai , May 12

Business process outsourcing company Tricom India Ltd said it has closed its GDR issue amounting to $5.026 million (around Rs 22.6 crore).

The GDRs were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on May 5, said a statement from the company.

Tricom had issued 12,20,000 GDRs, each representing one equity share of Rs 10 each, amounting to $5.026 million at a price of $4.12 per GDR.

Post-GDR issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 4.52 crore to Rs 5.74 crore.
