Hyderabad, May 22

Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd has tied up with Guoco Land Ltd of Singapore, and Gayatri Projects Ltd, Hyderabad as strategic partners for bidding for the HUDA Township Project. "A special purpose vehicle will be created with these companies and we would also bid for other projects on selective basis in and around Hyderabad," the Managing Director of Bhagyangar Metals, Mr Nerender Surana, said.

The company plans to seek shareholders approval to allow foreign institutional investors (FIIs) to invest up to 49 per cent of paid up equity share capital of the company. The company's extraordinary general meeting has been convened on June 15.
