Vivimed Labs plans $75-m pref issue

Hyderabad, May 25

Vivimed Labs Ltd is planning to raise funds to the tune of $75-million through preferential issue of certain securities in the global markets aimed at part financing its expansion programme. The company has informed the stock exchanges that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders would be held on June 12 to seek their consent for the proposed preferential offer of FCCBs/GDRs/ADRs or other securities.
