Helps employers cut costs on hiring & related activities

Hyderabad , May 25

In an effort to bridge the gap between the recruiting companies and the corporate employers seeking to hire skilled workforce, Recruit Alliance India has developed a Web-based platform.

RecruitAllianceIndia.com is a free to employers, Web-based third party recruiter management system that helps and streamlines employers work more effectively with professional recruiters and thereby reduce their costs on hiring and related activities.

For members only

The Director of RecruitAllianceIndia.com, Mr R. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, said it is a members only Web site where employers post their job offerings to be viewed exclusively by member recruitment firms. The employers do not pay to list their full time or contract postings and they receive only pre-qualified candidates from search firms that agree to employer-set fees and terms.

"With this, employers increase the number of on-target candidates, decrease time to hire and terms, and reduce unwanted calls from recruiters. Any recruiter wishing to work with the employer is directed to the site for instructions," he explained.

Gatekeeper

Part of the US-based Recruitalliance, the company seeks to work as a gatekeeper and as a single point of contract for corporate staffing professionals to manage their relationships with executive recruiters.

Functioning as a third party recruiter management system, this helps companies work more effectively and efficiently with recruiters. This also bypasses the problem of managing flood of calls from prospective candidates, while avoiding overlaps.
