New Company Secretary for Pricol

Coimbatore, May 29

Mr T.G.Thamizhanban has been appointed as Company Secretary of Pricol following the resignation of Mr V. Srinivasan from the post. In a notification to the NSE, Pricol has said the board has accepted the resignation of Mr Srinivasan and Mr Thamizhanban has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from May 27. He will also act as the compliance officer of the company.. The company has notified that the register of members would remain closed from July 20 to August 4 for the purpose of payment of dividend for 2005-06 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM to be held on August 4.
