Idea launches more showrooms

Idea Mobile Communications Ltd has launched three more `Idea n U' showrooms in Punnapra in Alapuzha, Kadakkal in Kollam and Cherupuzha in Kannur districts. The opening of new showrooms is over and above the existing 133 spread across Kerala. Idea n U showrooms are exclusive service showrooms that facilitates easy access to an array of service requirements like bill payments, feature information, dedicated customer care, recharge coupons, changes in tariff plans, value added services, new post paid and prepaid connections etc. Mr B. Ramakrishna, Circle Head, Idea, Kerala, said that this service network expansion is yet another step in getting closer to the customers. The company also plans to come up with five more showrooms within a month, he added.
