IDFC, SBI Caps sign pact

Infrastructure Development Finance Company and SBI Capital Markets Ltd have entered into a memorandum of understanding for syndication of debt financing in the infrastructure and allied sectors. The debt financing will include project loans, corporate loans, issuance of bonds and debentures, subordinate dent and mezzanine debt. The MoU will enable the companies to capitalise on their respective strengths to co-operate in syndication of debt financing for the infrastructure sector to enable efficient capital raising by infrastructure companies and quicker financial closure for large infrastructure projects.
