The Confederation of Indian Industry in association with AdeQuaTE{logicalnotshy}shy, the Academy for Quality In Training and Education in Geneva, is organising a series of workshops on ISO 10015 Training Quality Management System. The workshops would be based on action learning principles and will consist of two different modules for senior executives and human resources professionals. The workshops, to be held in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore next month, will be facilitated by Dr Lichia Yiu and Dr Raymond Saner, Registered Lead Auditors for 10015. The ISO 10015 standard safeguards quality in training and supports a company's vision, strategy and culture to ensure sustainability and profitability.

It addresses the question of whether it is truly worthwhile to invest in people and whether training investment affects the bottom line.
