OUT OF REACH: A scene at the Keshavpur wholesale vegetable market in Delhi on Friday, where tomatoes are selling at Rs 150 for five kg even as the Delhi Government has announced the sale of the same at a `controlled' price of Rs 20 a kg at select mandies from Saturday.
