i-flex's FLEXCUBE gets customers

Mumbai, June 26

Three financial institutions in Africa have become customers of i-flex solutions' FLEXCUBE core banking solution. The financial details of the contracts were not disclosed.

The new customers join 50 financial institutions that are already i-flex's customers in eastern Africa, said a news release from the company which said that the company was gaining momentum in that region. The three new banks are the Uganda-headquartered East African Development Bank; Imperial Bank, described as a leading private bank in Kenya; and United Bank, SC, described as one of the most profitable banks in Ethiopia.
