Software Marketing - Software KLG Systel, Sage arm offer e-PoS solution Our Bureau
New Delhi , June 28 KLG Systel, a software development and organisation life cycle solutions company has joined hands with Sage ACCPAC India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sage Plc, to offer e-point of sales (PoS) solution, aimed at giving retailers a complete view of their activities and inventory management.
E-pos solution
"Priced at Rs 3.50 lakh for a single store set-up, it has been made available across all major locations in India from June 15 and is aimed at outlets in groceries, convenience, fashion accessories, food and beverage, and speciality products," Mr Thomas Abraham, Managing Director, Sage Accpac India, said. The e-PoS solution is targeted at the small and medium enterprise segment in India. The solution supports multiple tills in the same store and links remote retail locations to the head office via the Internet. It also gives access to inventory across stores to check on availability of products. Its real time integration with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) enables updates to-and-from the centralised inventory and customer database. "ePoS can create quotations, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes, and receipts, thereby, extending order entry functionality to the store front. It can also track and accumulate purchase points per item or invoice value, which can be redeemed for future purchases," Mr Mukesh Arora, CEO, KLG Systel Ltd, said.
