The settlement is due from November 2002, Mr Jose T. Abraham and Mr K.P. Padmakumar, Union leaders, said here. This, when wage revision has long been implemented in all other major institutions in the financial sector, including commercial banks, the RBI and the Life Insurance Corporation of India.
